Face Data Usage
What Face Data Does the App Collect?
During registration, a reference face photograph is securely stored for attendance verification. During check-in and check-out, a live photograph is captured and compared with the stored reference photograph.
How Is Face Data Used?
Face data is used exclusively for attendance authentication and identity verification. It is never used for advertising, profiling or marketing.
Is Face Data Shared?
No. Face data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing. It is accessible only to the organization using the service and authorized administrators.
Retention
- Reference photographs are retained while the employee account remains active.
- Attendance photographs are retained only according to the organization's operational requirements.
- Face data is securely deleted when no longer required.
Location Information
What Location Data Does the App Collect?
The application collects precise GPS location, approximate location and background location only while an attendance session or active field assignment is in progress.
Why Is Location Required?
- Verify attendance.
- Verify visits to assigned Locations, customers and sites.
- Provide live tracking during active assignments.
- Calculate travel distance and routes.
- Prevent fraudulent attendance and location spoofing.
Why Background Location?
Employees may minimize the app, use navigation, receive phone calls or lock the device while travelling. Background location allows the application to continue recording travel until attendance or the assignment ends.
When Is Background Location Collected?
Only while attendance tracking or an assigned field task is active. Tracking stops automatically after checkout or assignment completion.
Is Location Shared?
Location information is never sold or shared for advertising. It is available only to the organization and authorized personnel.
Retention
Location history is retained only as long as required for attendance, reporting, verification and legal or contractual obligations.
User Consent
Before requesting background location, the application displays a clear disclosure explaining what data is collected, why it is required and how it will be used. Users can revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
This application is intended for authorized employees and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
